Built in 1897, the Lyceum Theatre, designed by WGR Sprague, is a traditional proscenium arch venue with 1068 seats. After its closure in 1968, it underwent a £12 million renovation and reopened in 1991. As part of the Sheffield Theatres complex, it hosts diverse programmes, from opera and ballet to West End hits.
